President Bush and the Homosexual Activist Agenda

Preface:

The truth is, it would be nice to ignore the homosexual agenda but this would not be acceptable to our Almighty God, who directs us to stand for Him to try to save those who are perishing, and for us to follow His commandments if we love Him.  One of the most direct laws He gave to us refers to the "abomination" of homosexual behavior.  If I should choose to ignore this, I am welcoming His judgment upon me and openly offending Him who has never done me any wrong.  Our 'Christian nation', which is almost surely a misnomer today (but not in the past), invites God's chastisement because of our embracing the homosexual agenda (among other things) and for calling what is wrong, "right".  Our nation is already experiencing various forms of judgment that likely will intensify shortly as we refuse to repent.

So, why is this material here?  Simply as evidence that the 'Christian' community that put the nice President Bush in the White House also bears guilt for each of the following examples of offenses to our loving God who deserves no wrong.   This has no bearing on the non-Christians who may happen upon these pages.   This is pure foolishness to you and makes no sense.  This applies directly to those who dare to claim God and yet neglect His values.  We all are sinners.   Homosexuality is not the only sin.  As mentioned here, we Christians have no business pointing fingers at other's sins and condemning them.  At the same time we must oppose behavior that God tells us to oppose and to beg God's forgiveness for our national sins.  In fact, Christians are taught to reach out to 'sinners' and to warn them of impending judgment and the grace of salvation.  If we fail here, we invite judgment on ourselves as well, both on earth and for eternity.   The reason this page is included?  It is for salvation both on earth and forever.

We have overwhelming evidence of the danger of the homosexual lifestyle on the longevity of life.  HIV, especially in the U.S., almost never infects someone who avoids behaviors that God considers sin, those of IV drug use (the body is the temple of God), homosexuality and heterosexuality outside marriage.  Even without HIV, homosexual men on the average live decades less years than heterosexual counterparts.   Is it judgment?  Of course, whether we want to classify it as such, in reality, it simply is.  Many more evidences of judgment are ever so slowly falling upon us.  It seems God's grace is greater than we can imagine as He is slow to anger and slow to punish, having given us additional opportunities to repent.   His wrath will assuredly come, though, without our repentance.

You see, it is easy to love the homosexual sinner since they are sinners like me.  It is another thing for us to placidly accept such homosexual behavior (even our divorce rate and heterosexual promiscuity should be condemned, etc.) for the good of our country and protection from judgment.  We also should take this opportunity to become advocates for healthier lifestyles that avoid dangerous behavior that the homosexual community claims as a right, neglecting the cost of such decisions.    The cost not only includes medical care but also the cost of destroyed lives that could have had a greater positive impact on our society.

The Christian's choice of voting for the nice Gov. Bush for president led to the loss of further protection of this moral issue.  We bear the guilt as well and should expect to be included in God's national judgment, even if He should spare us from eternal condemnation through our Savior's blood, in Him alone.  Without Christ, we are punished both on earth and in the afterlife.  Our founders knew this, therefore we cannot accept the homosexual agenda, if we really love: 1) Christ, 2) Our families, 3) Our neighbors, 4) Our nation, and 5) Future generations .  Because of political expediancy, Mr. Bush has refused to stand where he must as a 'Christian' representative of God on earth.  We all are at risk if we neglect our duty to God.
